Service Description

Work with me to craft a bespoke, enjoyable and transformational experience. This could be a pure Wim Hof Method session or something more tailored to your need; corporate or private. Working with a network of select collaborators, we can include any of the elements in the Ultimate Wellbeing framework; Breathing Well, Moving Well, Eating Well, Resting Well, Feeling and Thinking Well, Planning and Acting Well. Built around the core of Connection, Awareness and Self knowledge Tell me why you want this, who you want involved and the 'type of thing' you had in mind and we will come up with a phenomenal session for you and your team or friends / family. Up to 10 people for the quoted price for a basic workshop (Will leads). Additional participants possible - at a cost pp to cover the need for assistants and additional consumables. Numbers greater than 50 and / or specific needs to be discussed and exceptional needs and costs to be agreed. Make a booking request and let's start talking. 3 - 4 hours of experiential learning;

Cancellation Policy

For Appointments Cancellations within 24 ours of the scheduled appointment will be charged for in full unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation. For monthly subscriptions, if cancelling in the billing period, more than 7 days notice is needed for cancellation of the subsequent period, unless agreed otherwise. Cancelling in the period does not give a refund. The service remains available for the remainder of the paid for period. For Events, Workshops and Bespoke Client Fixtures Cancellations within 1 week of the scheduled start will be charged for in full unless by prior agreement. Cancellations earlier than 1 week prior to the scheduled start will incur a 50% forfeit of fee unless prior agreement is reached. Clients can request only one scheduled event date change (bespoke and corporate events only) without incurring a forfeit. Subsequent changes must be dealt with by cancelling and requesting a new event. After which the event will be deemed cancelled and the cancellation fees apply.
