Yoga and Breathwork
I offer outdoor yoga and breathwork, bespoke breathwork sessions and 1-2-1 guidance in yoga and breathwork. I have a specific interest in yoga for improved spinal strength and mobility.
Each of these disciplines, when practiced alone, has immense benefit for mental and physical wellbeing.
When practiced together - the breath and the body connecting with our awareness - we create a union that unlocks our Innate Intelligence.
