About the Event
Come to the Sports Performance and Rehabikitation Centre on Level 2 at the Lifestyle Village. Will will lead you through a progressive breathwork sequence and meditation while a film crew records this.
Please only attend if you are comfortable being filmed and for the film and pics to be used for instructional and promotional purposes, in perpetuity.
Arrive at 0615 for a 0630 start. wear comfortable non-restricting clothing for breathwork. bring a yoga mat and a cushion to sit on.
