A 3 hour exploration and experience into Ultimate Wellbeing. 

Join to... 

  1. Explore the Vagus Nerve and how to consciously move to a state of #safety and #ease.
  2. Extend your breathwork practice; experiencing a progressive practice encompassing powerful and balancing techniques for optimal mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
  3. Become aware of how your life experience to date has influenced your posture and movement…and how awareness of how you move can influence your experience of LIFE..each moment…

Come and learn what true knowledge is, Self Knowledge, and how building this through experience is the only way to truly take control of how you experience life.

Come and get stronger again, in body, mind and heart.

To bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • Clothing to move and breathe easily in
  • Some warm layers (it is getting nippier in the evenings)
  • A bottle fo water
  • Swimming suit and towel for q swim in the lovely eco pool (or if you want to go int othe ice bath from the earlier Wim Hof Method session)

Please arrive early enough to be sign in and be seated by 3pm
