About the Event
It is a natural human behaviour to seek safety in any environment.
Until we feel safe we do not venture beyond the boundary of what we know and can control.
Progress and Ultimate Performance only happen when we push past our known boundaries, thinking and acting at our best from a place of safety and wellbeing.
A prolonged state of low safety (threat / fear) has adverse effects on our wellbeing; mental, physical, emotional, social...all of it.
Take a break from the 'wheel' and bring your breath, an open mind and comfy seat to this 90 minutes of connection and conversation.
Come and learn more about this 'thing' called neurological safety and its counterpart, psychological safety.
We'll spend 45 minutes to an hour on some movement for grounding and then some useful, calming breathwork, after which we'll have 30-45 minutes of conversation about safety, wellbeing and mental health.
