Yoga Alliance Professionals have confirmed outdoor yoga classes are still allowed from Thursday 5th Nov onward, in public places.
So.....Join me for some light yoga, breath work and a river swim. Harnessing your energy early in the morning has immediate and longer term benefits in your day and life. Connect with nature, your breath and your inner self.
The mornings are getting cold now, so bring warm clothing and socks, easy to slip on footwear and a flask of something warm to drink afer the dip.
Meet here: Slipway / Jetty at end of Ferry Lane, Aston, Henley-on-Thames : https://goo.gl/maps/anMh7xxQJp4T3fiv7
This location is easily accessible for swimming. No charge.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT EVER PRACTICE WHM BREATHING OR OTHER BREATHWORK IN OR TOO NEAR WATER OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE ALTERED WAKE-FULLNESS OR CONSCIOUS ATTENTION CAN CAUSE DANGER.
Note please: there is no life guarding in place on these stretches of river. If you attend, you take full responsibility for your swimming ability and safety.
