An introduction to breathing well by Will van Zyl…Wellbeing coach, yoga teacher and Wim Hof Method Instructor.
2.5 Hour workshop, £ 30 investment.
Will has dedicated a large part of his life to learning and discovering how we can achieve ultimate wellbeing; living life well, at ease and confident. He has studied and taught martial arts and yoga and learned shiatsu, massage and various behavioral change modalities.
Will teaches breath work, yoga, the Wim Hof Method and he coaches self mastery and wellbeing.
In this session, we'll visit and explore the following:
Understanding... How do we breath? What happens when we breathe? Why does breathing well help with stress?
Physical activity... Breath awareness and warming up for breathing. Breath-work: practice and discussion Breathing to focus the mind Breathing to build energy Breathing to calm down Breathing to manage pain
Meditation... Guided meditation using breath placement and awareness
