About the Event
Join the session to ask questions you may have about improving your breathwork, yoga or WHM practice. Â NOTE. This is not a teaching session. We will share knowledge and expeirence and learn from this sharing.
You will need ZOOM installed and be familiar with how to send questions uising the chat function.
