About the Event

Please join me at my home in Berkshire to learn the TRYBE foundations and the WIm Hof Method.

From before we are born, we are shaped by the lives, experiences and expectations of others; Parents, Siblings, Family, Teachers, Peers, Bosses, ....

Throughout life we experience challenging situations, resulting in an ebb and flow of tension in our bodies, in our minds and in our social interactions.

Too often, we build up more tension than we know, or know how to, release.

Rebalancing Tension is essential though, and the basis of TRYBE.

Applying the very simple Tension Rebalancing, Yoga and Breathing Exercises of the TRYBE Method allows us to reconnect with and re-integrate our full selves.

As the body lets go and becomes whole again - thats what 'heal' means - so the mind will release old patterns of thought, emotion and behaviour that hold us back, disrupt our social world and leave us in a state of dis-ease.
