About the Event
To help you establish an immensley benefical wellbeing routine, using simple techniques, the Wellbeing Foundation runs over 6 weeks, starting with a full day of immersive, experiential training.
For 6 weeks after the first day, participants are asked to commit to 2 online, hosted practice sessions per week AND a 3rd practice session they do, at home, on their own.
At the end of the 6 weeks, the group gathers for a half day again of connection ,reflection and recommitment to the practice they have established.
One way to look at the Wellbeing Foundation is as having 3 objectives:-
1 – Teach simple somatic, breath, meditative and reflective techniques and enable the establishment of a consistent wellbeing practice
2 – Through regular practice, enable course participants to increase their internal capacity for life, change and challenge by lowering chronic stress levels and adopting a growth and grit mindseta
3 – Bring about improved health through lower chronic stress, lower chronic inflammation, improved mobility & improved breathing
By coming together socially and in nature, as families have done for centuries, the Wellbeing Foundation re-establishes connection between people that is critical to the fabric of a strong, well society. Once this connection and safety are established, the teaching of the simple, age-old techniques does more than equip attendees with tools; the teaching offers the opportunity for profound release of pent up stress, trauma and limiting self-belief.

Course participants will walk away with greater clarity on how they want their lives to be, knowledge and tools they can use to make this a reality and clarity on what to do next.
