About the Event
Do you want to learn some cool, simple wellbeing practices and practice them regularly online with others who want to do the same?
Maybe you already have wellbeing practice that includes #yoga, #breathwork, #wimhofmethod, #icebaths, #traumarelease, #TRE or ...something else...and have questions others can answer for you.
Join me every fortnight for a free hour of grounding, breathwork and conversation around the glow of...well...our computer screens...

In the Ultimate Wellbeing model I have drawn together over 17 years of learning, practice and experience into a series of simple, progressive techniques that are proven, effective and enjoyable.
I'd like to introduce you to them.

Recordings will be made available in the online Group attached to these sessions and will NOT be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo or similar sites.
