New techniques won’t always give you more. Be patient as the Wim Hof Method teaches you about yourself.

•If you already have some experience with the Wim Hof Method —maybe you’ve joined one of our live events or you use the WHM app for your daily breathing exercises— but would like to dive a little deeper with the help of some professional guidance, an Advanced Workshop may be just what you’re looking for.
•With a basic level of WHM familiarity understood, the Instructor puts together a program with more advanced techniques, suitable for participants who are not apprehensive about an ice bath of up to 10 minutes. You might venture out into a natural icy stream, or engage in a breathing session comprising several consecutive rounds. The goal here as always is not reckless daring, but careful, curious exploration.
•An Advanced Workshop offers the same small scale intimacy of a Fundamentals Workshop, with the same close personal attention that is vital when exploring the depths of body and mind. The instructor may also infuse the workshop with some personal flavorbased on their specialisation— such as yoga, meditation, or live music. When it comes to these deeper explorations, connecting with the energy of the instructor can be helpful. You can always check out instructor bios to get a sense of how they relate to the Wim Hof Method and to see if their story and approach speaks to you.
Who is this workshop for?
•The workshop is suitable for intermediate level Wim Hof Method practitioners looking to deepen their practice. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
- Clothing to move and breathe in (think Yoga)
- Some warm layers
- Yoga Mat and cushion
- Blanket if you feel you may get cold
- Water Bottle
- Swimsuit and towel
- Flipflops / wet shoes
- Snacks, Tea and Coffee will be avaialble
- Please do not eat a heavy breakfast within an hour of the start fo the session
Will places wellbeing at the center of his life. He is a husband and father of three teenagers, enjoys the outdoors and can often be found stand up paddling, swimming glacier lakes (any cold water) or strolling through mountains with close friends.
Will can often be heard saying “Feel your body to free your mind…”
He works as a trauma-informed Wellbeing and Performance Coach; holding a post graduate certification from Bristol Business School (UWE). He is registered as a Master Coach with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council)
After a career as a transformation leader, consultant and coach spanning almost 25 years, 3 continents and multiple sectors, Will has created the Ultimate Wellbeing and Ultimate Performance and Resilience frameworks to redefine wellbeing; placing it at the heart of a fulfilled life, rewarding life.
Will is trained in TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), Shiatsu massage and Behavioral Change Counselling using Motivational Interviewing.
He teaches yoga and is one if the highest rated Wim Hof Method Instructors (level 2) in the UK.
