Come and immerse yourself in the incredible Wim Hof Method to be Happy, Healthy and Strong again! It is how you were designed to be.

Sean Linehan - performance coach and ex paratrooper - will work with us to build our bodies and minds in ways normally reserved for the elite warriors.

Will van Zyl - leadership coach, yoga teacher and certified WIm Hod Method Instructor - will guide you through the Wim Hof Method and dig deeper into our Innate Intelligence to help you build  self knowledge of your Ultimate Wellbeing.

In the spectacular Brecon Beacons in Wales, we will connect with nature, our selves and each other as we delve into the practice and sicence of breathwork, cold exposure and mindset conditioning.

Modern life - and the technologies that are shaping and driving it – provides massive opportunity to advance as a species, but human beings are not yet keeping up with how we need to evolve our way of being to realize these opportunities.

We stop or slow down our movement, we shy away from even modest challenge, a run in the rain turns into TV time, an early morning workout gets slipped due to the rain (really), we stop reading with intention, our learning paths have become cul de sacs, our partners become accepting of who we have become, we no longer challenge ourselves to be what we can be

We can do and be much better...

It is time to be clear on HOW you want your life to be. LIve with a better enjoyment of life in all dimensions!
