An opportunity to learn and practice simple, impactful breathing techniques to help with connection, focus, relaxation and energy at the start of the day. Loosen and relax the body. Calm the nervous system Maintain the distance between you and your mind. The sessions may vary, but will always include awareness, calming, relaxation, balance and meditation.
