An opportunity to learn and practice simple, impactful breathing techniques to help with connection, focus, relaxation and energy at the start of the day. Limber and strengthen your spine. Fully inhabit your body. Put a little distance between you and your mind. The sessions may vary, but will always include awareness, energising, focus, balance and meditation.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start will be charged for in full unless by prior agreement.
