Notes about cancellations

I understand that sometimes you are not able to honour your commitment, for a valid reason.

Even thought this may be true, if this happens too close to the event start or too frequently, I would have committed to the event venue, ctering an supplies...AND someone else may have missed an opportunity to attend.

So I am not always able to offer refunds, full or partial.

Here are the terms about this...

For Appointments
Cancellations within 24 ours of the scheduled appointment will be charged for in full unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation.

For monthly subscriptions

If cancelling in the billing period, more than 7 days notice is needed for cancellation of the subsequent period, unless agreed otherwise. Cancelling in the period does not give a refund. The service remains available for the remainder of the paid for period.

For Events, Workshops and Bespoke Client Fixtures
Cancellations within 1 week of the scheduled start will be charged for in full unless by prior agreement.
Cancellations earlier than 1 week prior to the scheduled start will incur a 50% forfeit of fee unless prior agreement is reached.

Specifically for Retreats (multi day events) Cancellation within 2 weeks of the start date will be charged for in full unless by prior agreement and cancellations within 4 weeks of the start date will incur a 50% forfeit of fee unless prior agreement is reached.

Should numbers not be sufficient to proceed with the event or retreat or the event or retreat needs to be postponed or cancelled for any other reason, full refund options will be communicated at time of cancellation or postponement. In such cases you will always be offered a refund of your event ticket fee.

Clients can request only one scheduled event date change (bespoke and corporate events only) without incurring a forfeit. Subsequent changes must be dealt with by cancelling and requesting a new event.  After which the event will be deemed cancelled and the cancellation fees apply.
