Each workshop or retreat has its own, relevant theme and format, but you will experience:

  • The Wim Hof Method

  • Simple or advanced breathwork techniques to aid you on your wellbeing journey

  • Deep tension and stress releasing techniques, accessing and activating ancient and primal aspects of your neurophysiology

  • A specifically composed yoga sequence that is designed to bring safety and resilience to your nervous system and strength to your body, heart and mind.

  • Nutritious, delicious food that aligns to the principles of the Eat Well element of the Ultimate Wellbeing Framework.

Throughout the day, we will weave in aspects and elements of the Ultimate Wellbeing Framework
